Concurrently, she worked as a marketing executive for Online Shopping Club from 2020 to 2023 and continues her involvement with Active Boys in Christ as a grant writer, curriculum developer, and consultant since 2020. In 2022, Ms. Brown began leading summer camps with Reezil Inc. "Camp Reezil" provided STEM education, creative arts, and financial literacy to youth in Flint, Michigan.
Laying the groundwork for Ms. Brown's professional accomplishments was her educational background. In 2011, she earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in integrated science from the University of Michigan, where she majored in mathematics and minored in elementary education, followed by a Master of Education in special education with a concentration in learning disabilities from Eastern Michigan University in 2022. She attributes her success to her strong faith in God, which has guided her through personal and professional challenges.
