During this period, he made significant contributions to the system protection department and to TVA. Notably, he has developed several groundbreaking protection schemes for which he published multiple technical papers regarding the applications.
Mr. Garver's academic foundation is rooted in his bachelor of electrical and electronics engineering from the College of Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, which he earned in 2011. Beyond his formal education, he attributes much of his success to his unwavering persistence and determination, along with the support and encouragement of his amazing wife and the guidance of multiple mentors throughout the years has also played a crucial role in shaping his professional journey.
