Mr. Rathe's career in radio began in 2008 at MWB Broadcasting, where he worked as an account executive until 2010.
Following his time at MWB Broadcasting, Mr. Rathe joined Three Eagles Communications, KFRX 106.3 and 104.1 The Blaze, where he contributed as an account executive from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, he made the career change to finance, working with Waddell & Reed as a financial advisor. During his tenure at Waddell & Reed, Mr. Rathe was recognized with the Excellence in Financial Planning Award, Pacesetter Award and named Rookie of the year in 2012.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rathe has demonstrated unwavering dedication to his clients and community by providing exceptional financial guidance and education to make a positive impact on those he serves. In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in the Lincoln Independent Business Association, the Seward Area Chamber of Commerce, the Utica Commercial Club, York Country Development Corporation and the York Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rathe holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts in business from York University, where he also played college soccer and led as captain for 2 of his 4 years. Outside of his professional life, he is involved with his local chapter of Kiwanis, York University's Soccer Booster Club, and coached local youth soccer. He mostly enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and one daughter enjoying a passion for sports, the Arts and the outdoors cherishing various athletic activities or traveling to the lake, beach or mountains.
