As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Osborne is an accomplished architect and the owner of Mount Lemmon Lodge, a boutique hotel nestled high in the Arizona mountains. Since 2022, she has overseen the lodge's operations, which include a gift shop, a café and luxurious guest rooms. Her husband acts as interim lodge manager and grandson has worked at the café, contributing to the family-oriented atmosphere she has cultivated. Additionally, Ms. Osborne deployed her architectural expertise to construct four cabins to accommodate her employees and provide additional rental options for guests.

Ms. Osborne has been practicing architecture since 1989, beginning her career with DKO Studio, where she continues to thrive. Her architectural philosophy centers on realizing her clients' visions and creating spaces that serve their needs. She counts her pro bono work designing a clinic in rural Mexico as a signature achievement, as she contributed to providing essential medical facilities to underserved communities. Ms. Osborne's deep connection to the region where her family has resided since the 1800s inspired her to design Mount Lemmon Lodge as a gift to the community and a means to revive local tourism.

Throughout her career, Ms. Osborne has earned critical accolades. She has been featured in Arizona Highway and various other publications across the country. She received full academic scholarships and has been recognized with several awards, including the Residential Honorable Mention from the Southern Arizona Energy Award in 1999 and the Architecture Barriers Action League Honor Award in 1998. Additionally, Ms. Osborne won First Place Best of Show in 1994, received a silver medal from the American Institute of Architects in 1989 and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi.

Ms. Osborne holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 1989. She attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her husband and family, who have been instrumental in balancing her demanding career with her personal objectives.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Osborne is actively involved in several organizations. She serves on the board of the Mount Lemmon Domestic Water Improvement District and is a member of the Mount Lemmon Women's Club. She also chairs the architectural review for several Home Owners Associations. Additionally, Ms. Osborne is committed to civic service, and she served as a volunteer for the Flying Samaritans from 2002 to 2019 and has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, a local botanical garden and the Summerhaven Planning Committee.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Osborne enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, backpacking and hiking. Currently focusing on water conservation efforts as part of her role on the water board, she aims to increase water storage capacity in the mountains to support over 1.6 million annual visitors to Mount Lemmon. Additionally, Ms. Osborne was proud to play a pivotal role in securing federal and state grants for building a new fire station in Mount Lemmon, contributing to the enhancement of public safety in the area.
