Currently serving as the senior vice president of sales and support at Evolve since 2022, he leads teams in strategizing for the business, forecasting future quarters and considering annual sales results. He has established an account management organization to nurture relationships and improve MPS scores. Additionally, he has reorganized and restructured his team to enhance proficiency and has brought in two new vendors from Cairo while managing those relationships. His role involves managing new business acquisition, overseeing his leadership team to ensure they target the right areas and contemplating long-term strategy.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Davis was the vice president of sales and service at Solv from 2021 to 2022. In this capacity, he focused on building relationships and managing accounts from a sales perspective. Between 2013 and 2021, he served as the senior director of customer experience at Zillow, where he honed his skills in customer relations and team management. Before joining Zillow, he was a mortgage banker and emerging markets manager for Brand Mortgage Group and Loan Star Team from 2012 until 2013.
From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Davis held the position of business acquisitions and development director at APD Solutions. He also served as a portfolio manager at Phoenix Asset Management LLC between 2008 and 2011. Earlier in his career, he was the president and chief executive officer of Probity Financial Group from 2003 until 2011. Throughout these roles, he has demonstrated a commitment to empowering others and fostering growth within his teams.
Laying the path for Mr. Davis's professional journey was his educational background, having earned a Bachelor of Science in business and corporate communications from the University of Kansas. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Davis is actively involved in various civic organizations. He has been a coach for youth football and a volunteer with the Denver Police Activities League since 2006.
