Her transition into entrepreneurship was sparked by a former colleague's request for guidance, recognizing her profound knowledge and practical experience within the biotech industry. Ms. Kraja's career at Genentech spanned nearly two decades, starting in 2005 as a bioprocess technician. Over the years, she advanced into roles of increasing responsibility, including operational excellence analyst and senior manager for operational excellence. Her remarkable contributions include advising and consulting as an Operational Excellence Lead for drug substance manufacturing and serving as the global change strategy leader and head learning strategist for global clinical operations. During her tenure, she co-developed a team performance coaching model that significantly improved the productivity of a 145-study team spanning Canada, Switzerland, Shanghai, the U.S., and the U.K., thereby advancing clinical trial outcomes. Ms. Kraja's leadership culminated in her role as principal leadership development training manager, a position she held until 2024.
Ms. Kraja holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a minor in life sciences, from San Jose State University (2005) and a Master of Arts in psychology with a specialization in Existential-Humanistic Psychology from Saybrook University (2024). In addition to her academic achievements, she has earned several professional certifications, including a DMAIC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certification as a Psychological Safety Coach through LeaderFactor, accreditation as an Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, and recognition as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
Ms. Kraja's professional mission is driven by her commitment to facilitating personal growth and transformation, which she deeply connects to her purpose of enriching human experiences.
