Before passing the bar, Mr. Tolley gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Georgia in Savannah in 2015. He has been admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tolley has been actively involved in numerous industry-related organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a past president of the Western Circuit Bar Association. Mr. Tolley's membership in these associations underscores his commitment to professional development and staying abreast of legal advancements. He is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
