In 2014, Mr. Thomas was appointed regional delivery head for Japan and the Asia-Pacific region in product engineering services at Wipro. From 2016 to 2019, he served as global client partner for mega gamma accounts in Hi-tech sector in Portland, Oregon. His strategic vision and ability to manage key accounts led to his promotion to senior director and global client partner for strategic business (HiTech) in engineering and research and development services in Mountain View, California.
Since 2023, Mr. Thomas has been the general manager and sector head at Wipro Engineering in Mountain View, California. In this role, he has driven significant growth initiatives, including expanding delivery centers worldwide in Brazil and Singapore. Mr. Thomas' academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing, finance and general management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur; Post Graduate certificate in Strategic management from Indian institute of management Trichy; a Master of Philosophy in computer science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University; a Master of Science in software systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communications engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
