Rohit started his career in India in 1995 with Sterling Cellular (now part of Essar-Vodafone India) and was part of the core team responsible for establishing policies and procedure to manage Invoice to Cash process. From there he moved to Monash University (Australia) for further studies and after completing Diploma in Banking & Finance he joined REL Consultancy (part of Hackett Group) from in 1999 where he worked with global companies to transform their business processes to improve working capital. In 2006, he joined Satori consulting to set up working capital practice followed with working as a Project Manager in PwC Advisory services division.
Between 2013 and 2021 he embarked on entrepreneurial journey joining Finmetrix Group as a Principal and then founded Vicharic Inc. in Philadelphia, a boutique consulting company specializing in cash flow optimization, between 2014 and 2021. In 2019, he joined Juul Labs to set up Finance PMO to establish Finance Organization to support global growth. After that he joined HCL to build a network of SaaS partners to help digitize F&A functions for their BPO clients.
Mr. Sinha possesses a rich educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, Master of Business Administration from FORE School of Management (India) and a diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University. Mr. Sinha's academic credentials are further bolstered by certifications from Harvard Business School Online, including CORe (Accounting, Economics, Business Analysis), Strategy and Leading with Finance.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Sinha is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, such as Nanhi Kali, which he sponsors.
