Since 2012, he has focused his efforts on leading initiatives to create effective and "cutting edge" technologies, business development, marketing and operational strategies, and global sales for small, medium, and large companies within the healthcare and technology sector. This involves his engagement in global licensing agreements and high-level negotiations with decision-makers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, he is a valued member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc. and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Prior to establishing SCCR International, Mr. Shea served as the acting chief executive officer, president, and secretary of the board of directors for SurgiLight, Inc. from 2002-2010. He continued his career as the vice president of business development and sales for Sheaumann Laser in 2010. Before embarking on his professional journey, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business development from Austin College.
