Ms. Muldoon's dedication has earned recognition for creating a culture of positive influence and meaningful connections within the workplace. Ms. Muldoon's journey to her current role is marked by pivotal leadership roles in HR. From 2011 to 2018, she was the Director of Human Resources, shaping the company's HR strategies and policies with lasting impact. Prior to joining Storr, she served as Human Resources Manager at Hosted Solutions from 2009 to 2011, where she refined her skills in managing HR functions and assisting with Mergers & Acquisitions for a rapidly growing organization. Prior to Hosted Solutions, Ms. Muldoon spent a decade as a Human Resources Generalist at Railinc from 1999 to 2009, further expanding her expertise and understanding of human resources management. However, Ms. Muldoon's career began in 1994 at the University of North Carolina, where she worked in human resources. Here, she discovered her passion for human resources while working with university staff.

Her academic achievements have been instrumental in her success, providing her with a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 1996, and additional coursework at SUNY Alfred, which together laid a solid academic foundation for her HR career.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Muldoon is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. Giving back to the community has been a core value throughout her career and personal life. Ms. Muldoon is deeply committed to volunteer work that addresses critical needs and brings hope to others. Her work with the women at the Durham Rescue Mission highlights her dedication to mentorship and community support.
