This role marked his initial foray into entrepreneurship, where he gained valuable insights into business operations and management. Mr. Brown's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in mass communications from Minnesota State University in Mankato in 1995.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Brown has been actively involved in civic organizations. He was the head coach for the Plymouth/Wayzata Youth Baseball Association for both of his sons, from 2008 to 2019 and head coach for Plymouth/Wayzata Youth Football between 2012 and 2017. These roles allowed him to contribute to youth development and community engagement through sports, as well as build valuable relationships within the coaching and youth sports community. These roles also allowed him to be even more involved with his two sons, Cole and Zak, which has been the most important and one of the most enjoyable experiences of his lifetime.
Mr. Brown's upbringing in the broadcast media industry, influenced by his father's operation of radio stations, provided him with a deep understanding of the business from an early age. Additionally, his involvement in 3 high school sports, and collegiate sports instilled discipline and teamwork skills that have been instrumental throughout his career.
