From 2020 to 2022, she excelled as a program manager for the Lake Geauga Recovery Center MLink Driver Intervention Program, focusing on developing effective intervention strategies. Additionally, as a residential treatment supervisor at Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers from 2018 to 2021, Ms. Galloway managed facilities supporting women with mental health challenges or substance use disorders.
Ms. Galloway's career also includes a role as a clinical supervisor at Turning Point, Terrence Kelleman Counseling from 2016 to 2019, where she honed her skills in clinical supervision. She initiated her career as a licensed social worker and licensed chemical dependency counselor at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland in 2012, where Ms. Galloway capably advocated for patients through 2018.

She holds an Associate of Applied Science in human services and an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College, which she completed in 2013. She also completed a Bachelor of Social Work in 2015 and a Master of Social Work in clinical/social work in 2018 from Cleveland State University.
