Following his military career, Mr. Jolly transitioned into the private sector, where he continues to leverage his extensive experience. Since 2022, he has served as an executive leader, mentor and consultant at R. Jolly Consulting. In this role, he provides advisory services on platforms that include logistics, strategic planning, leadership development and aircraft maintenance. Additionally, Mr. Jolly serves as a member of the board of advisors at ThroughPut Inc., where he focuses on improving supply chain management within Department of Defense logistics.
Mr. Jolly's previous roles include serving as the Palmdale Site Director of Mission Assurance at Northrop Grumman from 2022 to 2024 and as Director of Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection for the U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa between 2019 and 2021. He also contributed through positions such as Associate Director at Headquarters Directorate of Resource Integration and as Chief of Staff at the Directorate of Logistics and Engineering for U.S. Central Command.
Exceptional academic credentials further define Mr. Jolly's profile. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University before subsequently pursuing multiple graduate degrees. Today, Mr. Jolly proudly holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College at National Defense University, which he completed in 2010, a Master of Science in Management from Troy University, and a Master of Science in Military operational Art and Science from Air Command and Staff College at Air University.
Mr. Jolly's commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his certifications from prestigious programs such as the Director Fundamentals Program at the Corporate Board Member Institute and the Executive Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina.
