Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to the advancements of the 777x commercial aircraft, the F-15 Air Force fighter jet and the F/A-18, a fighter jet that is used prominently by the United States Navy. He holds a number of meaningful licenses for his roles, including a private pilot license from Visual Flying Rules, the Modular Arrangements of Predetermined Time Standards (MODAPTS) and a certification from the Leadership Principles for Engineers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Loli's ascendance to a senior role is the culmination of a storied career that spanned five years before attaining his first position at Boeing. He served as an engineering intern at Grupo Panorama and Calspan Corporation before being hired as an industrial engineer with IET Inc., an engineering consulting firm that aids clients in improving their productivity and competitiveness in their respective fields. In 2016, he decided to accept a role with Boeing as an industrial engineer, where he worked for eight years before earning a promotion to senior project engineer and his current role as senior production engineering manager for Boeing Defense, Space and Security.
Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Loli sought an extensive education to drive his lifelong passion for aviation and subsequently earned three degrees over the course of seven years. After earning an Associate of Science in engineering science from Nassau Community College, he continued his schooling at the University at Buffalo, earning a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering in 2013 before continuing at the University at Buffalo Graduate School and earning a Master of Science in industry engineering two years later.
Known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Loli is a proud member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and is dedicated to advancing more Hispanic leadership roles in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields of work. He is also a representative of the Orlando City Soccer Foundation, which works to bring the sport of soccer to underserved areas through fundraisers, after-school programs and more.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Loli plans to continue pursuing his passion for aviation through new innovations at Boeing and serves as a mentor for developing up-and-coming engineers. He also created and manages the Immersive Development Center, which specializes in creating mixed-reality technologies that allow members to design and test new products in immersive environments to ultimately ensure greater safety and quality.
