Through TLCS, she created the Quantum Ten (Q10) Integrated Framework and developed the Q10 Educational International Conference. In addition to her work with Transformational Leadership Consulting Services, Dr. Sullivan is the executive director of equity for the San Diego County Office of Education, through which she collaborates with school districts to transform systems.
Before establishing herself with the San Diego County Office of Education, Dr. Sullivan gained valuable expertise as the equity and access administrator, coordinator, and program manager for the Riverside County Office of Education and as an adjunct professor with Cal State San Bernardino, UCR, and Azusa Pacific Universities. Likewise, she honed her experience with the Orange County Department of Education, San Bernardino City Unified School District, and the Perris Union High School District. Throughout her career, Dr. Sullivan also leveraged her expertise as an author, publishing her dissertation,"The Difference Between More Effective and Less Effective Alternative Schools: A Study in the Greater Los Angeles Area," and other articles.
Dr. Sullivan, a true expert in her field, holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a teaching credential from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She furthered her education with a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from California State University, San Bernardino, and a PhD in urban education and leadership from Claremont Graduate University. Driven to stay abreast of changes in the field, Dr. Sullivan aligns herself with the Association of California School Administrators and the American Educational Research Association.
