HERNANDO, FL, December 05, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel F. Dana, CLRL, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Dana is an estate planner for and co-founder of Rise Management. Since cofounding the company in early 2024, he has been instrumental in partnering with Integrated Trust Systems (1985) and developing custom-tiered solutions that have digitized estate plans for the modern era. Mr. Dana has since helped hundreds of families properly prepare their estates and establish peace of mind for their loved ones. The primary focus of Rise Management is on estate planning strategies that protect assets from probate and mitigate taxation tied to beneficiaries and inheritors. His journey into the financial sector began with his proprietary company, Dana Financial Stewards, at the start of 2023, where he served as both a fiduciary and a benefits broker for over 55 Grade-A, multi-billion-dollar companies, including TransAmerica and Mutual of Omaha. These roles allowed him to leverage his expertise in human resources and employer-sponsored benefit programs to educate clients about available state-regulated programs and other financial opportunities.

Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Dana was self-employed for a year, during which time he sought more flexible opportunities to impact people's lives after being forced into remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. In his words, "You cannot control the world, but you can control your response to it." During this time, he held more than 20 multiple labor relations workshops to facilitate negotiations between union representatives and corporate entities. Simultaneously, he worked as an assistant community director at Michigan State University from 2021 to 2023, while pursuing his graduate studies. Over the course of his graduate studies, he also interned with Gentherm as a Compensation Specialist and Common Ground as a Recruiter.

Mr. Dana spent a significant amount of time working in education, from holding post-secondary positions at Michigan State University from 2021 to 2023 to teaching language arts and social studies for Grand Ledge Public Schools (MI), Franklin County Public Schools (NC), and Orange County Public Schools (NC) from 2017 to 2021. His dedication to teaching and the creative arts earned him a teaching award in 2017 by the American Library of Poetry. He also contributed to educational initiatives as a project manager for Little Free Library and vice-president for the Carolina Language Partnership (CLaP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2015 to 2017.

Mr. Dana's educational background has been pivotal in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a master's degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University in 2022, where he received the Scholar of Excellence award that same year. He earned his bachelors, double majoring in Education and English Literature, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017. He also holds an associate degree in physics and computer science from Robeson Community College, obtained in 2013.

Mr. Dana has furthered his expertise through various certifications. He is a certified labor relations leader (CLRL), a certified family medical leave specialist (CFMLA), and holds state teaching licensures for both North Carolina and Michigan. He is also actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LEMA). In the coming months, Mr. Dana will finish his credentials to become certified as an estate planner (CEP).

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Dana is ardently supportive of his family, notably his brothers and sisters, to whom he strives to be both a role model and a mentor. He hopes to inspire each to pursue their dreams, one breath at a time, despite the hiccups. This message is for Katrina Marie Dana (sister), Frederick 'Ricky" Dana Jr. (brother), Cadence Bella Dana (sister), Nicholas Santonio Dana (brother), and Kristen Ashley Sweet (sister). Mr. Dana also supports World Visions International as a civic sponsor.

In the upcoming years, Mr. Dana plans to grow his company to extend its reach nationwide, bringing the same quality of service of his current firm to the larger stage. Apart from his business endeavors, Mr. Dana also intends to develop a series of boardgames as a sentiment to family and continuous community building.
