She was also an attorney advisor for the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals from 2019 to 2024. Her earlier roles include serving of counsel at the Beasley Allen Law Firm from 2016 to 2019 and gaining valuable experience as a law clerk in the 15th Judicial Circuit Court from 2015 to 2016.
Ms. Dotch's career began with foundational roles that shaped her legal acumen. She worked as a research aide at the Supreme Court of Alabama in 2014 and held positions such as extern at the Alabama Attorney General's Office in 2013 and summer law clerk at Stone, Granade and Crosby PC the same year. Her early professional experiences include internships with the United States House of Representatives and the Lee County Family Court.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Dotch has been actively involved in various organizations. She has been a member of the National Advocacy Committee of the National Association of Women Business Owners since 2023 and holds memberships with the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama Lawyers Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Ms. Dotch's educational background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Auburn University in 2011, followed by a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trial Advocacy from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2015. Her academic journey instilled in her the importance of effective communication and empathy, both of which she considers crucial to her success.
