Before founding Evner Behavior Services, Ms. Rollings Latham worked as a BCBA at East Coast Stepping Stones, Inc. in Jacksonville starting in November 2018. She also gained valuable experience at Oak Hill Academy, where she began as a communication and social skills teacher from August 2016 to August 2018 before transitioning into her BCBA role from August 2018 to February 2021. Her work at these institutions helped her develop the skills necessary for her current leadership in behavior analysis.
Ms. Rollings Latham's experience in education includes serving as a special education teacher at Alden Road Exceptional Student Center in 2016, the North Florida School of Special Education from 2013 to 2015, and The Joseph Sams School from 2012 to 2013. Earlier in her career, she held roles in educational support, including as an instructional support teacher and a coordinator at the College Options Foundation.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ms. Rollings Latham earned a Bachelor of Science in Multiple Abilities, summa cum laude, in May 2012, followed by a Master of Science in Special Education from Walden University in August 2014. She is certified in applied behavior analysis by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and holds a Florida Professional Teaching Certificate with endorsements in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Ms. Rollings Latham's professional memberships include the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis, the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, the International Behavior Analysis Association, and the Council for Exceptional Children.
