In her role, she focuses on developing tailored financial strategies to support clients in achieving their personal and financial goals. Her responsibilities include conducting client meetings, performing comprehensive account reviews, managing legal documentation, streamlining new account openings, and ensuring seamless underwriting processes.
Since joining The ROW Group, Ms. Frazier has also served as the Director of New Business, where her organizational expertise has been pivotal in expanding the firm's operations and fostering client satisfaction.
Before transitioning to the financial sector, Ms. Frazier worked as a zookeeper for seven years, most recently, a primate and carnivore keeper at the Nashville Zoo (2017–2020), where she demonstrated her passion for animal care and conservation. She was also actively involved in the American Association of Zookeepers, serving as the social media chair for the Nashville Chapter.
Ms. Frazier holds a bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from Shepherd University (2013). She has earned several professional certifications, including the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation through the National Association of Plan Advisors, and holds Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 licenses through FINRA as well as a Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
She credits much of her success to the support of her family, particularly her husband, Bryan Frazier, as well as her mentors, Ken and Mary Jo Innis. Their guidance and belief in her potential have been pivotal in shaping her career path. They have also provided opportunities for professional development by covering licensing costs and facilitating access to conferences and networking events.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Frazier is dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves as a powerlifting coach for the Special Olympics and participates in conservation efforts through AAZK events. In her downtime, she enjoys hobbies such as reading, crocheting, kayaking, hiking, and attending concerts to support her husband, a professional songwriter.
