Mr. Singh has established himself as a distinguished figure in the field of finance, with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the chief financial officer at Terra Energy since 2023, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company toward becoming the largest residential solar company in the United States. His responsibilities include developing and overseeing the company's annual budget and long-term financial forecasts, maintaining a strategic growth focus, and preparing and analyzing financial statements.

Notably, Mr. Singh has been instrumental in implementing Terra Energy's innovative business model, which offers free solar equipment on a three-year lease, significantly reducing customers' electricity bills. This initiative has positioned the company as an industry leader and reflects his commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Singh was the chief financial officer of the Verily Health Platform (formerly Google Life Sciences) at Alphabet Inc. from 2022 to 2023. In 2003, he served as an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse before joining Siemens Management Consulting as a consultant between 2004 and 2007. He then advanced to hold an extensive tenure at EY as a senior manager and associate partner in mergers and acquisitions from 2007 until 2016.

Laying the path for Mr. Singh's professional journey was his academic background. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration in strategy, finance, marketing, analytical consulting and decision sciences from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, graduating in 2004.
