Previous to these positions, she was the director of nursing at Ironwood Maine LLC from 2018 to 2020, roles in which she demonstrated her commitment to improving health care systems and patient outcomes. For her contributions, Ms. Lilly has been recognized with several awards, including Executive Director of the Region at Gentiva in 2023 and Nurse of the Year Award at HCA- Retreat Hospital in 2013. Erica and her husband, Michael, have raised six children and are currently enjoying spoiling their seven grandchildren. She is a passionate music enthusiast who values the communal experience of live music; to date, she has attended over 250 concerts across various genres and cities like Nashville, Boston and Austin.
