Ms. Clarke has established herself as a prominent Financial Advisor within the Department of Transportation of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where she has served since 2007. Her expertise in the federal budget processes is widely recognized, and she has played a pivotal role in mentoring young employees and interns in the budget and finance sector. One of Ms. Clarke's most significant accomplishments is her dedication to inspiring the next generation of aviation, budgeting, and finance professionals.

Before her advisory role, Ms. Clarke was a Lead Financial Analyst at the FAA from 2012- 2017. She also served as a Technical Liaison from 2017 to 2020, facilitating communication and coordination budgets between various departments for 2nd Level Engineering Programs. Between 2018 and 2019, Ms. Clarke was the Technical Operations Lead for the NAS Integration Support Group, demonstrating her leadership capabilities. Among other noteworthy positions with the FAA, she garnered success as the Budget Analyst Lead, where she honed her skills in fiscal management from 2010 to 2017, and as a Management and Program analyst positions between 2007 and 2010 in the Office of Budget. Before working in government, Ms. Clarke was a Project Analyst at Infina, Ltd. in McLean, Virginia, from 2005 to 2007.

Ms. Clarke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2020. Her academic achievements have been instrumental in her career success. Additionally, Ms. Clarke holds several professional credentials from Management Concepts, including completing the Federal Financial Management Certificate program, the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership: Transform Today's Crisis into Career Opportunity- Business Management and Organization, and a Leadership and Communication Skills certificate for Project Managers.

Highly active in her civic community, Ms. Clarke has been serving on the New Bethel Baptist Church Women's Ministry Leadership Team and LightPoint, LLC. Previously, Ms. Clarke served as the President of the Board of Directors for Potomac Place Condominiums in Washington, DC, 2015-2017, the National Vice President for Congressional Relations for Federally Employed Women Board of Directors from 2020 to 2024, the Montford Point Marine, Inc. National Auxiliary 2014 – Present, and a current member of IPADA-G . Her commitment to community service is evident through her volunteer work with organizations like Guyanese Aiding in Development (GUYAID), Guyana Berbice Association (GBA), HANDS Inc.

Ms. Clarke has received numerous awards for her contributions and dedication. These accolades include the National Montford Point Marine Association, Inc. Quantico Chapter #32 Auxiliary – Presidential Service Award, Federally Employed Women Lorna M. Polk Chapter – Department of Education: Women's Equality Day Appreciation Award in 2020 and the National President's Go-Getter Award from Federally Employed Women in 2023. The Department of Transportation Secretary's Team Award for IdeaHub Team for the conceptualization and implementation of the ideation program-IdeaHub; empowering all DOT employees to communicate and collaborate more effectively. Her service awards from the Federal Aviation Administration further underscore her commitment to excellence.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Clarke enjoys volunteering, reflecting her dedication to community involvement.
