She has further contributed to academia as a teaching and research assistant for a law practice course at Boston College Law from 2017 to 2019 and as a research assistant to a renowned children's rights law professor in 2018. Her involvement with the Rappaport Center for Law & Public Policy as a Rappaport Fellow at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in 2018 further highlights her commitment to public service.
Ms. Koster's academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her career. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College Law in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Yale University, graduating in 2012.
