Mr. Caravaggio's career began as an engineering intern at Orchard Energy Limited in 2011 before working as a floorhand at ENSIGN United States Drilling Inc. the following year. His tenure at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation started with a production engineering internship in 2014, followed by a reservoir engineering internship in 2015. He was then promoted to workover engineer from 2016 to 2017 and served as a production engineer for the following two years. In 2019, he joined Oxy as a production engineer before transitioning to an integrated operations engineer position later that year. Since 2020, he has held the position of president at Anago of Colorado, adding the role of president at SWI Excavating in 2021, and the role of president at Anago of Southern Ohio in 2024.
Mr. Caravaggio's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Montana Technological University, earned in 2015. He also undertook coursework in chemical engineering at the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012. Furthering his expertise, he is a certified member of the Building Service Contractors Association International, a Six Sigma Green Belt with ASQ World Headquarters and a Project Management Professional.
Mr. Caravaggio's dedication to excellence is further evidenced by his memberships in several organizations, including the National Society of Leadership and Success and Marquis Who's Who.
