In the past year, Raghen has been assigned as the lead for Managed Markets Insights (A Norstella Company) enterprise platform build. The initiative requires significant collaboration to ensure the team delivers a customer-driven solution encompassing multiple data assets to provide a comprehensive offering for pharmaceutical market access teams. Ms. Morrow's leadership extends to multiple squads, including design, engineering, and data science resources. She is instrumental in establishing and guiding the platform's strategic direction.
Before joining Norstella, Ms. Morrow was the director of product management at Life Science Connect in 2023. Her career trajectory also included several other significant roles, such as senior product manager at PURE Property Management from 2022 to 2023, senior analytics product manager at Proofpoint between 2020 and 2022, and analytics product manager at Proofpoint from 2019 to 2020. While at Proofpoint, Ms. Morrow was instrumental in integrating email gateway data with security education training data, enhancing customers' understanding of their cybersecurity posture and highlighting internal vulnerabilities.
Ms. Morrow's earlier roles included portfolio manager and senior platform product manager at TeleTracking Technologies Inc., beginning in 2017, and product manager for RTLS/IoT from 2015 to 2017. Her career started as a biomedical engineer at an FCC-regulated lab, PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, in 2014.
Highly educated, in 2012, Ms. Morrow received a bachelor's degree in pre-medicine studies along with a minor in chemistry while also competing as a collegiate NCAA athlete during her time at Pennsylvania Western University. She then continued her education and received a master's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 2014. She also secured several certifications, including a professional certificate in data science from the University of Pennsylvania (Selected Cohort Graduation Speaker), scrum product owner certification from AgileTraining Co., and pragmatic marketing certification from Under10 Playbook Inc.
Besides her primary work obligations, Ms. Morrow's leadership skills were honed during her tenure as the Society of Women Engineers president at the University of Bridgeport. Her dedication extends beyond her professional life into civic engagement and extracurricular activities. She has been involved with UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and participates annually in charity marathons as a runner and fundraiser.
Ms. Morrow received a First Place Award in the cellular and molecular biology research category at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania University Biologists competition in 2012.
