Ms. Roulhac has established herself as a prominent figure in philanthropy and community engagement. As the director of corporate philanthropy at Florida Power & Light Company since 2022, she has been instrumental in fostering relationships that benefit the company and the communities it serves. Her role involves strategizing and implementing initiatives that align with the company's philanthropic goals, ensuring a positive impact on society.

Since 2011, Ms. Roulhac has also been the director of external affairs for the Broward & Southwest regions at Florida Power & Light Company. Her expertise in community building has been pivotal in building and maintaining strong connections and advancing the utility company's mission.

Ms. Roulhac's career is marked by her historic achievement as the first African American individual to serve as the president of the young lawyers division of the Florida Bar. This milestone reflects her dedication to breaking barriers and advocating for diversity within the legal profession. Her involvement with esteemed organizations, such as the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association, further underscores her commitment to professional excellence and community engagement. Besides her involvement with these notable organizations, Ms. Roulhac has been active civically with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce.

Having begun her academic journey at the University of Florida, Ms. Roulhac earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice in 1984 and then garnered a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1987. Subsequently, she ultimately received a gubernatorial appointment to the university's Board of Trustees – the first African-American woman to be appointed. These academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her legal career, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her field. Ms. Roulhac was admitted to practice by the Florida Bar Association, further solidifying her standing as a respected legal professional.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Roulhac is deeply involved in civic-minded organizations. She serves as the board chair for the Community Foundation of Broward and holds positions on several other boards, including the American Association of Blacks in Energy, Baptist Health Outpatient Services Board and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Foundation. Her leadership extends to co-chairing the Prosperity Partnership of Broward and participating in Nova Southeastern University's executive advisory council for its medical school. Driven by a desire to positively impact community health through nonprofit work, Ms. Roulhac aims to focus more on health care initiatives that improve access to care and address health disparities.
