Mr. Tokarz's career includes significant roles at the HCI Group Inc., where he served as the chief of staff from 2017 to 2019, the executive vice president of operational delivery from 2016 until 2017 and the senior vice president of training and activation in 2016. He was also the Epic GO training leader for NYC Health + Hospitals between 2015 and 2019. Prior to these roles, he served as the executive producer and owner of Willow Post from 2010 to 2017 and as a partner at Expert Technical Advisors from 2010 until 2016.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Tokarz held positions such as Epic training director at Scripps Health in 2015 and various training site lead roles at Sutter Health between 2011 and 2015. He also held positions at Cedars-Sinai and Children's Hospital Colorado from 2008 to 2011. He began his career as a cardiology and electrophysiology researcher at the University of Rochester from 2007 until 2010 and as a project manager at Epic Systems Corporation between 2005 and 2007.
Forging the path for Mr. Tokarz's professional journey was his academic background, inclusive of a bachelor's degree in psychology, business institutions and classics from Northwestern University, which he earned in 2005.
