Before retiring, Mr. Walters honed his expertise in CEO/COO business building roles with The NPD Group, Ipsos America, Chemical Bank, Sara Lee Corporation, and more. His journey began in Marketing & Sales with J Walter Thompson, General Foods, and Warner Amex Cable Television. An expert in his field, Mr. Walters also earned an MBA in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School before establishing himself professionally.
In addition to his professional and educational endeavors, Mr. Walters is a long-term member of the Larchmont Yacht Club and the Young Presidents' Organization, which recognizes individuals who achieve chief executive officer status by age 40.
