Mr. Tripodi's earlier roles included director of food and beverage operations in Buck Hill Falls, Pennsylvania, from 2019 to 2020, director of food and beverage at Great Wolf Lodge in Scotrun, Pennsylvania, between 2016 and 2018, and director of food and beverage at Linchris Hotel Corporation in Scranton, Pennsylvania, from 2010 to 2016.
