Unlike most health books, you won't find a simple prescription for staying healthy here. You'll find a smorgasbord of "good for you" health practices that can be tweaked and personalized to fit the reader's needs. By simplifying the science that supports many of the personal protocols Dr. El-Hag employs to stay fit (body in motion, stay in motion), he encourages his readers to write their own "user manual" so they can establish health habits that will support their individual goals. The book addresses all aspects of health, including exercise, nutrition, supplementation, rest, sleep, breathing, mental fitness, attitude, and lifestyle. Ever the optimist, he plans to release his book on his eightieth birthday.
