Handon, Ph.D. celebrates many years' experience in her professional network and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Her Bachelor of Arts in social work from Capital University, Master of Science in administration and public policy from Central Michigan University, and PhD in public policy and administration from Walden University, along with her training through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services and her licensure as a social worker through the National Association of Social Workers, form a solid foundation for her career.
