Before establishing his private practice, Mr. Desourdis consulted for DXC Technology and Perspecta. He also worked with SAIC as the vice president for technology, senior systems architect, principal engineer, and master solutions architect.

During the early stages of his career, Mr. Desourdis gained valuable expertise in the field with CACI, GTE Strategic Systems Division, SAIC, the MIT Center for Policy Alternatives, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Signatron, Inc. An expert in his field, he holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in technology and policy from MIT.

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Desourdis aligns himself with the IEEE and the National Italian American Foundation. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to taking risks and a creative approach to his work. In the next five years, Mr. Desourdis aims to complete the Italy Project and minimize and eliminate human collaboration failures through consultancy.
