Besides his work in the field, Mr. Zeldman's academic contributions included serving as a founding faculty member of the Master of Fine Arts interaction design department at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. From 2011 to 2020, he shared his knowledge and passion for design with aspiring creatives.

Mr. Zeldman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University Bloomington in 1977 and a Master of Fine Arts in fiction writing from the University of Virginia in 1979.
