Having previously held several other vital roles within EY, Ms. Switzer progressed from a manager to a senior manager between 2018 and 2022. Before joining EY, Ms. Switzer was the director of identity and access management for the City of Boston in 2017 and was a technical project manager at Fidelity Investments FMR LLC earlier that same year.
