Ms. Clayton's career began in 1997 as a reservations supervisor at Dream Cruises and guest relations manager at American Hawaii Cruises. She then advanced to front office manager at Princess Cruise Lines Ltd. and personnel manager at Norwegian Cruise Line. Ms. Clayton's expertise grew with positions like training and development manager at Celebrity Cruises Inc. and lodging human resource manager at McKinley Chalet Resort and McKinley Village Lodge under ARAMARK Parks and Destinations.Highly educated, Ms. Clayton received an Associate of Arts from San Antonio College in 2008, a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 2010 and a Master of Arts in human resources and employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University in 2019.
