RICHLAND, WA, January 25, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marinella A. Chvatal, MEd, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.Ms. Chvatal is the founder and chief executive officer of Resilient Pathways Tutoring LLC, a company she launched in 2020. In this capacity, she provides both in-person and remote tutoring services to clients, adapting to their needs with flexibility and dedication and specializing in primary, secondary, post-graduate, graduate, and English as a second language adult education. Additionally, since 2023, Ms. Chvatal has served as the office manager at Chvatal King Law, a role that comes after over two decades as a part-time assistant at Chvatal Law Offices.

Leveraging her previous education experience, Ms. Chvatal was a substitute teacher for Pasco School District 1 from 2017 to 2024 and a substitute paraeducator between 2016 and 2022. She was also a tutor for Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, from 2021 to 2023. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chvatal was affiliated with AmeriCorps as a regional services corps member and literacy tutor from 2015 to 2016. She served as a literacy tutor for Pasco School District 1 during that same period.

Ms. Chvatal's diverse professional background extends to several other roles that have honed her sales, organizational, and leadership skills. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone through her work as a beauty consultant for Mary Kay Global from 2019 to 2022, as a business team lead for GENXT from 2021 to 2022, as a consultant for Pampered Chef in 2021 and 2022, and as a wellness advocate for doTERRA International LLC from 2017 to 2022. Among other noteworthy roles, Ms. Chvatal completed several internships.

Eager for her company's future, Ms. Chvatal envisions expanding Resilient Pathways Tutoring LLC by adding more staff members to meet growing demands. She also aspires to become a counselor.

As a dedicated civic leader, Ms. Chvatal was active in campus ministry at Saint Martin's University from 2010 to 2015. As a former competitive dancer, she volunteered as a dance specialist and English specialist with Global Volunteers. She was also heavily involved with the Girl Scouts of America. Among other activities, Ms. Chvatal was recognized for establishing The Tot Box, sensory boxes for children with special needs, and Books without Borders, sending books to the Cooks Islands. She remains active as a social services representative and outreach lead for the Coalition of Health Benton City, a board member for the public relations and financial committee of the Arc of Tri-Cities, and a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.

Ms. Chvatal's educational journey is marked by significant academic achievements that have contributed to her professional success. She received a bachelor's degree in community services with a minor in music and a concentration in social work from Saint Martin's University in 2015, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in intermedia and multimedia from Columbia Basin College in 2017, a master's degree in education with a specialization in inclusive learning from Heritage University in 2022, and a Master of Social Work with a focus on clinical social work from Carroll College in 2023.

In recognition of her service-oriented spirit, Ms. Chvatal has received several awards, including a Soroptimist Award, an Award for Service in the Community, a Golden Heart Award for Service in the Community, and a Governor's Award from the Girls Scouts of America.
