He also held positions at McGregor Industrial Steel Fabrication, Inc. and Arkel International, dating back to 2011.

Mr. Lepchitz's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 2011 and a Master of Science in Geological Engineering with an emphasis on Hydrology from the University of Mississippi in 20220.
