Ms. Dickey has established herself in neurology, with a particular focus on strokes, migraines, and concussions. She is critical in helping clients navigate the clinic's offerings, ensuring they receive personalized treatment plans tailored to their wellness journey. Initially joining HyperCharge as a wellness concierge, Ms. Dickey quickly pivoted into a specialist role at the company's Eden Prairie, Minnesota, location.

As the chief executive officer of Brain Wellness Solutions since 2022, Ms. Dickey has been equally highly successful through the launch of an online health education business focused on neurological issues. Since its establishment, she also began hosting her podcast, "Brain Wellness - the Podcast," where she interviews experts and individuals facing neurological challenges and focuses on weekly brain wellness topics.

Ms. Dickey's extensive experience in nursing began in 2002 as a registered nurse at the University of Minnesota Medical Center M Health Fairview. She subsequently held leadership positions as a supervisor and manager of the ICU at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from 2005 to 2007. Pivoting to education, she became an assistant professor of nursing at Mercy College of Health Sciences between 2007 and 2011 and a neuroscience nurse educator with the Gundersen Health System between 2011 and 2013. From there, Ms. Dickey became a nurse practitioner for several different health care organizations, served as a neurohospitalist at Allina Health and was a nurse practitioner at Midwest Spine & Brain Institute. She also served as an associate professor for a year and then stayed on as adjunct faculty at Rasmussen College (now Rasmussen University).

Highly educated, Ms. Dickey holds an associate degree in nursing from Anoka-Ramsey Community College since 2002, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Metropolitan State University since 2004, and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Minnesota in 2006. Additionally, she holds certifications as a family nurse practitioner from Graceland University, is a stroke-certified registered nurse, and is a certified neuroscience registered nurse.

Ms. Dickey's dedication to nursing is reflected in her membership with the American Nurses Association, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As an expert in her field, she has served as a member of review committees for numerous nursing textbooks. She also authored two books: "Migraine Help from a Unicorn Nurse Practitioner" in 2023 and "Welcome Back: A TBI Recovery Story from Provider to Patient" in 2024.

In recognition of her contributions to health care and education, Ms. Dickey has received several accolades, including the Women of Armor Personal Growth Award and a Faculty Excellence Award, and was a three-time Top Nurse Practitioner Award winner.

Ms. Dickey plans to establish a specialized concussion clinic dedicated to traumatic brain injury recovery. She also aims to share her insights on a broader scale through speaking engagements with the Brain Injury Association of America. Through these efforts, Ms. Dickey seeks to empower individuals navigating brain injury recovery while advocating for improved support and treatment options.
