Mr. Naylor currently serves as the chief executive officer of PKL Services Inc., a role he has held since 2022. In this capacity, Mr. Naylor ensures that all employees have access to the necessary resources to perform their jobs efficiently. He collaborates closely with the business development team and engages with potential clients and military organizations to promote PKL Services. His leadership is instrumental in the smooth operation and growth of the company. Before his current role, Mr. Naylor was the chief operating officer from 2020 to 2022 and was the senior director of contracts and program management from 2018 to 2020. His journey at PKL Services began in 2013 when he was appointed vice president of business operations, a position he held until 2017.

Before joining PKL Services, Mr. Naylor had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a colonel in 2012. His military service included roles such as deputy commander MCIWEST from 2011 to 2012 and assistant chief of staff and director from 2009 to 2011. He also served as chief of staff, deputy chief of staff, and the U.S. representative to NATO at the United States Joint Forces Command from 2007 to 2009, as well as as a commanding officer at the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic from 2005 to 2007. Among his notable achievements during his military career was his assignment to Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) at Quantico, Virginia, where he flew Marine One for former Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. Additionally, Mr. Naylor played a pivotal role in the initial operational testing of the MV-22 Osprey, contributing significantly to its development and success within the United States military.

Mr. Naylor's academic background includes a Master of Science in national defense resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from Pennsylvania State University in 1980. These educational achievements have been foundational to his success across various professional endeavors.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Naylor is actively involved in civic organizations, serving on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Carlsbad and participating in activities at the Moonlight Amphitheater in Vista, California. His contributions to his community were recognized when he was named Director of the Year in San Diego by the Corporate Directors Forum.

Outside his career and civic engagements, Mr. Naylor enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife, Kathy. Looking ahead, he is focused on expanding PKL Services to position the company for a successful sale upon the owner's retirement.
