LEBANON, OHIO, January 30, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Benjamin Samuel Frisby, MBA, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Mr. Frisby is a senior staff engineer at GE Aerospace, a world leader based in Cincinnati specializing in aviation and aerospace component manufacturing. He has dedicated over a decade to advancing aerospace technology and has been a senior staff engineer since 2024. In his latest role, Mr. Frisby will focus on various programs to develop their engines and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. His work will contribute to the creation of safe products for the market.

Mr. Frisby's extensive contributions to the organization previously included roles as an operations leader, where he oversaw critical projects and ensured operational efficiency, and as an engineering leader for military engine, aero and combustion testing, responsible for managing complex testing protocols and contributing to the development of new military products. Earlier, Mr. Frisby was the LEAP evaluation and test program leader, who managed a team of 15 employees involved in component testing for the LEAP engines. He was also an evaluation and test program leader for the Passport 20 program, a business jet project where he managed the Federal Aviation Administration part 25 certification, leading a team of three to four individuals and handling development and testing budgets ranging from $20 million to $30 million. Before this role, Mr. Frisby was an advanced lead engineer, focusing on newer technologies and providing machine support, and a manufacturing engineer.

Grateful for the opportunity to work for GE Aerospace, Mr. Frisby enjoys collaborating with the team. He can ask questions and learn, and he appreciates the culture where there is no fear of failure. Before joining GE, Mr. Frisby was a process engineer at Materion Corporation from 2007 to 2011 and a mechanical engineering co-op at Worthington Steel between 2004 and 2006.

Throughout his career, Mr. Frisby has also been involved in significant projects, including the Materion Greenbelt Vacuum Outgassing Cycle Time Reduction since 2009 and the GE Greenbelt Supplier Action Workout GEnx/GE90 Combustor Hardware since 2013. His passion for aviation was influenced by his father, a former U.S. Marine pilot who transitioned to flying smaller private aircraft, and his stepfather, who worked at Dayton International Airport. These early experiences sparked Mr. Frisby's interest in airplanes and their engines.

Mr. Frisby's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in management from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in manufacturing.

In addition to his education, Mr. Frisby is actively involved in professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He has also volunteered with Shared Harvest Food Bank since 2011 and supports the Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Fund for the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Frisby's career success has been recognized with several nominations and awards within GE Aerospace.
