As co-executive director of Girl Up under the United Nations Foundation from 2013 to 2020, she expanded the organization's revenue from $750,000 annually to over $6 million and increased its global reach to 50 states and nearly 120 countries. Ms. Blue also served as head of global marketing and communications for the Tech Coalition, working in collaboration with the largest companies in the tech industry to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation online.

Ms. Blue's earlier roles include director of communications and capital campaign manager at Washington Jesuit Academy from 2008 to 2013, community organizer for youth voting on presidential campaigns from 2007 to 2008, government relations manager at Managed Funds Association from 2006 to 2007 and assistant to the chief of staff for U.S. Senator E. Benjamin Nelson from 2003 to 2005. Along with her professional experience, she holds a Master of Education in education policy from George Washington University, which has been instrumental in her career dedicated to social justice and educational reform. Overall, Ms. Blue's passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her upbringing and has driven her professional journey from Capitol Hill to leading global movements.

In addition to her education and professional achievements, Ms. Blue is actively involved in several civic organizations, specifically those that empower and support women and young girls. Along with serving on the executive board of Elizabeth Seton High School, she remains an advisory board member for Girl Up under the United Nations Foundation and holds a board position with the Hospitality, Sales and Marketing Association International Foundation.
