Mr. Navolio has found success as the president and founder of Clean Water Climb Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing clean water to communities in need. With over a decade of experience in his profession, Mr. Navolio has been instrumental in bringing clean water to 6.5 million people and counting. His journey with Clean Water Climb began in 2011 when he started fundraising for an organization repairing water wells in Malawi. In 2023, he established Clean Water Climb as a separate 501c3 organization, ensuring that all funds raised go directly to Child Legacy.

Mr. Navolio's career spans several decades and includes significant roles in the geophysics field. From 1998 to 2018, he served as a technical expert geophysicist at Southwestern Energy, where he was recognized with multiple awards, including the Stewardship Award in 2015 and the President's Award for Exceptional Creativity in 2000. Prior to this, he was a geophysical advisor at Oxy from 1995 to 1998 and a senior area explorationist at ARCO Alaska Inc. from 1989 to 1995. His early career included positions as a senior geophysical specialist at Tenneco Oil and Gas Company from 1980 to 1988 and as a senior geophysicist at Gulf Oil Corporation from 1975 to 1980.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Navolio is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including Tau Beta Pi and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. His dedication to his field is further evidenced by his academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Science in engineering geoscience and a Master of Science in gravity and magnetics modeling from the University of California Berkeley in 1973 and 1975, respectively.

Mr. Navolio attributes his success to hard work and faith. His deeply ingrained sense of belief has guided him throughout his life and career, motivating him to excel in every endeavor he undertakes. Beyond his professional life, he remains deeply involved in civic activities. He serves on the board of directors for Child Legacy International and is the founder and director of Child Legacy's Annual Mt. Kilimanjaro Clean Water Climb. He also participates in various projects with the Boy Scouts of America and his local church.

In his leisure time, Mr. Navolio enjoys growing succulent plants and cacti, going on mini vacations, and participating in house church activities. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his network to raise more funds for Clean Water Climb. He believes that increasing awareness about the cause will lead to greater contributions and hopes to recruit others who can tap into their networks for support. His goal is to involve as many people as possible in fundraising activities, whether through trips or simple actions like playing golf or walking in their neighborhood.
