Mr. Singh, a respected engineer and project management professional, has been leveraging his expertise as the vice president at J.S.K. Construction Corporation since 2023. Based in Valley Stream, New York, his general contracting company serves all five boroughs of New York as well as the Long Island region, Westchester and Rockland County. With expertise in program management and leadership, Mr. Singh has made significant contributions in his present role and the construction and engineering sectors throughout his career. In addition to his leadership role at J.S.K., he has been an adjunct lecturer at City University of New York, New York City College of Technology, since 2019, sharing his extensive knowledge with future engineers and managers.

Having begun his career as an engineer in his native India before settling in the U.S. in 2012, Mr. Singh worked as a field engineer at Reliance Infrastructure in Mumbai from 2010 to 2012. Once in New York, he garnered roles as an assistant project engineer at Charan Electrical Enterprises Inc. between 2012 and 2013 and ARK Systems Corporation in 2013. Mr. Singh then became a senior contract management professional at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey from 2013 to 2014 and a deputy resident engineer at Arcadis between 2014 and 2017.

In recent years, Mr. Singh excelled as a project manager for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York from 2017 to 2019, completing capital asset improvement projects exceeding $25 million in value. Joining Amtrack in 2019, he became a senior principal project manager responsible for a $60 million capital infrastructure improvement program each year. Mr. Singh's role at Amtrak was particularly significant, allowing him to manage multiple departments within the organization. He then served as the senior director at Tidal Basin Group in Utica, New York, from 2022 to 2023 before taking on his current role at J.S.K. Construction Corp.

Mr. Singh's academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in India in 2010. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration in management and operations from the Zicklin School of Business in 2019. Additionally, Mr. Singh holds several certifications that underscore his professional capabilities. He is a certified professional engineer in Michigan and a project management professional accredited by the Project Management Institute. He also received designation as a green professional through the Urban Green Council, reflecting his commitment to sustainable practices in construction and engineering.

Besides his education, Mr. Singh is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America, the New York Water Environment Association, the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Project Management Institute. Outside of his professional life, he is dedicated to civic engagement through volunteer work at a Sikh temple.

During his tenure at Arcadis, Mr. Singh received multiple Quarterly Spot Bonus Awards and was honored with the Harry H. Mellon Award of Merit in Job Order Contracting in 2015.
