Mr. Campbell, a seasoned project management professional with more than 15 years of experience, currently serves as the SDLC project management lead at Paycom Payroll LLC. In this role, he manages seven project managers and oversees more than 200 developers, testers and analysts. His expertise in project management is further demonstrated through his active involvement in promoting best practices and efficiency within the Oklahoma City area.

Mr. Campbell's career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served for 16 years on active duty and four years in the reserves. His military career included roles such as airborne communicator from 2004 to 2007, airborne communications manager from 2007 to 2019, regional logistics manager from 2019 to 2021 and information technology project manager from 2021 to 2024.

After his military service, Mr. Campbell held several key positions in the private sector. From 2021 to 2022, he was a senior communications project manager and technical publication publisher at Long Wave Inc. He then joined Paycom Payroll LLC as an IT project manager III from 2022 to 2023 before advancing to his current role as leader of development project management in 2023.

Mr. Campbell's educational background includes a Master of Science in project management, earned in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science, earned in 2015, both from the University of Management and Technology. He also holds an Associate of Science in electrical and electronics equipment installation and repair from Coastline College, which he obtained in 2014. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration with a focus on project management at the University of Management and Technology.

Mr. Campbell's professional certifications are extensive, including PMI Risk Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional-Scrum Master and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. In addition to his education, he attributes his success to learning from every interaction, whether positive or negative. He emphasizes maintaining a positive perspective and using experiences with challenging individuals as opportunities for personal growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Campbell is actively involved in civic organizations. He has contributed to the Hugs Project by providing care packages for deployed troops and has volunteered with the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. He has also contributed as the livestream coordinator at Oasis Community Church from 2019 to 2021 and as an assistant site manager for the Volunteer Tax Assistance Program from 2011 to 2021.

In his personal life, Mr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his family and coaching soccer. Looking ahead in his career, he aims to make significant contributions to the tech industry and project management in Oklahoma City while expanding his real estate ventures. He also aspires to obtain a private pilot's license due to his passion for aviation
