Mr. Emory is the president of Alliance Code Enforcement LLC, a company he founded in 2015. Over the past decade, he has led the organization to become a prominent player in the code enforcement field, serving 30 municipalities across North Carolina with a dedicated staff of 15. His role involves working under contract with local governments to investigate complaints, identify violations, and work with property owners to resolve issues voluntarily. Mr. Emory's approach emphasizes community collaboration and proactive solutions, setting his company apart from conventional practices. His company also provides planning and zoning services as well as economic development.

Before establishing Alliance Code Enforcement LLC, Mr. Emory served as a sworn law enforcement officer, spending most of his career as a detective/sergeant assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division. His experience in criminal investigation provided him with a strong foundation for his later work in code enforcement. Mr. Emory successfully utilized the skills he developed in law enforcement and applied them directly to the code enforcement field.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Emory studied at Columbia Southern University, earning both a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in 2010 and a Master of Science in 2011, both in Criminal Justice Administration. He also completed Basic Law Enforcement Training in 2006. Mr. Emory also earned his Advanced Law Enforcement Certification, which placed him among the elite law enforcement officers in North Carolina. In addition, Mr. Emory was a crisis/hostage negotiator and a certified general instructor.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Emory is actively involved in his church and civic organizations. He works with Habitat for Humanity International and supports various local charitable organizations, reflecting his commitment to community service beyond his business endeavors. Mr. Emory is also an avid martial artist with black belts in Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Jujitsu. Whether it be in business or in martial arts, Mr. Emory always enjoys teaching and encouraging others to be the best they can be.

Mr. Emory attributes his success to his strong faith in God and personal relationship with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Mr. Emory also couldn't have done it without his loving wife, Valerie. He describes her as his most trusted advisor. They met when they were both seventeen and still in high school. Married in 2008, they later had their daughter Layla in 2011 and their son Trent in 2013. Looking ahead, Mr. Emory aims to expand Alliance Code Enforcement LLC beyond North Carolina to become the premier code enforcement contractor across the southeastern U.S.
