She began her journey as a staff pharmacist at Kimball Medical Center (now Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus) from 2009 to 2013.Then served as a director of pharmacy at Acute Care Health System from 2011 to 2013. She later served as a pharmacy manager at Rite Aid from 2013 to 2015 before launching her own ventures, including Royal Pharmacy under ANP Pharmaceuticals LLC from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Dr. Sherief has worked as a health and wellness coach since 2019, helping clients achieve holistic well-being.

Dr. Sherief's academic journey reflects her lifelong passion for science and innovation. After earning an associate degree in chemistry, she completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Long Island University in 2005. She is also a certified immunizer and holds CPR, AED, and first aid certifications from the American Red Cross. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Sheriefs multicultural background enhances her ability to connect with diverse communities.

Dr. Sherief is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and CPESN, where she remains engaged with the latest advancements and challenges in her industry.
