Mr. Kuo is a distinguished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the director of restaurants at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower. With a career spanning over two decades, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in catering, food and beverage management, hospitality and hotel management and menu development. In 2024, he assumed his current role at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, where he oversees the operations of various dining establishments within the property.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Kuo was the general manager of specialty rooms at CHĪ Asian Kitchen, Top of The World & Sky Lounge from 2019 to 2024. For the preceding two years, he served as the general manager of Julian Serrano at ARIA Resort & Casino and was the general manager of Bacchanal at New Caesars Palace from 2012 to 2017. It was here that Mr. Kuo achieved one of his most significant accomplishments by securing a position at the renowned Bacchanal Buffet and eventually ascending to the director role.

Mr. Kuo's earlier career includes roles such as assistant general manager at New Caesars Palace from 2012 to 2014, senior restaurant manager at TPC, and assistant general manager at The Buffet Wynn Las Vegas from 2007 to 2012. He also owned Bamboo Island Restaurant from 2005 to 2006 and held managerial positions at Caesars Entertainment and The Mirage between 2004 and 2006. His initial foray into the industry began as an assistant manager and assistant chef at Peking Chinese Restaurant from 1999 to 2004.

Educationally, Mr. Kuo holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration / F&B Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, being named to the Dean's Honor List in 2001, and graduating in 2002 with cum laude. Beyond his education, he attributes many of his achievements to learning from esteemed professionals and consistently striving for excellence while mentoring future generations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kuo has received numerous accolades, including the Four Star Award from Forbes Travel Guide in both 2017 and 2018 and the Best Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine in 2018 through 2024. He was also honored with the Concierge Choice Award for Best Buffet by the Southern Nevada Hotel Association in 2015 and received a recognition letter from United States Senator Harry Reid in the same year. Earlier in his career, he earned an All-Star Management Recognition Award from Wynn Las Vegas in 2010.

Mr. Kuo immigrated to the United States at the age of 18, moving to Hawaii without knowing any English. There were many times he wanted to give up and return to South Korea, but he overcame numerous challenges to achieve the American dream. Now, he is fluent in Chinese, Korean, and English. He is proud and honored to be a citizen of the United States.
