Dr. Woods has established a distinguished career as a medical professional, educator and entrepreneur. As the chief executive officer of the Prometheus Reborn Universal Foundation, he has been at the helm of the organization for 50 years, overseeing multiple ventures, including Global Records, Global Entertainment and The Order of Liberation and Unity publishing company. Dr. Woods's leadership extends to promoting educational content online and engaging audiences through platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

Apart from this venture, Dr. Woods is the head musical director of the 'Hip Hope Trio: Plus' and is actively involved in setting up edutainment concerts. His literary contributions include working on his second book of a trilogy, "The Blessings of Slavery." Among other noteworthy endeavors, Dr. Woods has served as the vice president of edutainment at Global Entertainment since 2004 and as the chief operations officer at Prometheus of Ohio Inc. since 1998. Furthermore, his dedication to mentoring youth in academics, sports, and music has been evident in his teaching martial arts for nearly five decades. This was after he stopped going to high school, took and passed a G.E.D. for high school, then took a C.L.E.P. certification for a year of college credit, at 15 years old!

Dr. Woods's career journey is marked by significant roles across various sectors. From 2018 to 2020, he served as the personal development coordinator for Coach Sam Rutigliano's (Ex-Head Coach of the Cleveland Browns) Aiming Higher Program. Before this, he was the medical director at FitSpirit Fitness between 2011 and 2017 and held a similar role at African American Lifestyle Magazine from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Woods's earlier roles include serving as an HIV outreach coordinator at John Hopkins University with Primary Care Inc. from 1995 to 1999.

Laying a strong foundation for his diverse expertise, Dr. Woods served his country in the U.S. Army in various capacities, including as a combat soldier and counter-guerilla warfare instructor. He also became highly educated, beginning with an Associate of Arts in music theory and composition from NYC High School of Performing Arts. Subsequetnly, Dr. Woods received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saint Louis Municipal School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in biology and psychology from Webster University, coursework at Harvard University, and a Doctor of Medicine in primary care from the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Woods's civic engagement began early in life through church activities and continued through various volunteer roles during his education and professional career. He has been actively involved with KC Charities 14 Inc. as a guest speaker and fundraiser. His contributions extend to being a medical consultant for the Cleveland Ohio MUNY League of Football, volunteering as a health consultant for the MUNY League Little League football program, and participating in community clean-up efforts. He is now starting to teach what is called, "The Trivalent Understanding Noetics," which is a part of the newest science known to humanity, which is 'Noetic Science', the science of Spirit-which is NOT religious but is the scientific basis on which all religions are based. Dr. Woods states, without correction, that he can, with this science, change how a human operates from head to foot in 133 seconds!
