Ms. Pacillo's career at LegalShield began in 2006 when she joined the company as a customer service representative. Her passion for accounting led her to transition into an entry-level accounting position in 2007. Over the next few years, she honed her skills in various areas, including accounts payable, cash reconciliations, business assets, general ledger reconciliations, and budget to actual reporting. Ms. Pacillo's dedication and hard work earned her a promotion to director of accounting in 2014. In this role, she oversaw the company's accounting operations until her advancement to assistant controller of financial reporting in 2018.

Ms. Pacillo's academic background laid a strong foundation for her successful career. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in accounting from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, in 2010 and 2014, respectively. Her commitment to her education and professional development culminated in her designation as a certified public accountant by the Oklahoma Accountancy Board in 2018.

Active in her professional community, Ms. Pacillo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. These affiliations reflect her dedication to staying current with industry standards and best practices.
